Math Medic EFFL Workshop July 22-23

In this 2-day online workshop, we are hoping to answer the following questions:

• What does an EFFL lesson look like in a typical high school math classroom?
• What are the best strategies to get students communicating with each other?
• What are the best ways to utilize the resources that will be available at Math Medic?

The workshop will consist of 3 hours of synchronous work each day (noon to 3 pm EST), along with some asynchronous work in between. As an added bonus, this workshop will get you early access to several lessons before they are published on the web.

If you are an AP Stats or AP Calc teacher who is already familiar with the EFFL lesson design, this is your chance to get all of your math colleagues on board – sign up as a whole department!
