AP Statistics Online (APSO) Workshop - Synchronous with Lindsey

In this 5-day online workshop, there will be a blend of synchronous work with Luke or Lindsey and asynchronous work on your own. We will explore the Experience First, Formalize Later (EFFL) philosophy by modeling instruction for many of the Stats Medic lessons. You will also get insider information about grading student work using AP Exam rubrics.

Take this online course if:

• You are preparing for your first year of teaching AP Statistics.

• You are a veteran teacher who wants to go ALL IN with Stats Medic lessons. 

• You want to learn more about teaching with the Experience First, Formalize Later philosophy.

• You want to know more about the AP Statistics Exam and how it is graded.

The learning for this course is a blend of synchronous and asynchronous work. The daily schedule will be:

11:00 - 12:30  Synchronous workshop with Lindsey

12:30 - 2:30    Asynchronous work

2:30 - 4:00      Synchronous workshop with Lindsey
