Stats Medic Refreshed Lessons for AP Stats - Unit 1 Preview

Updated: Jun 11

Throughout this school year, we have been revising, testing, and then polishing up the new Stats Medic Refreshed Lessons for AP Stats. We will release the full set of lessons (always for free) on August 1, but we know some of you are already starting to plan for next year, so we wanted to give you a heads up of what you can expect.

As for the Refreshed Lessons, here were the goals we set out to accomplish:

  • New look - Avenir and new images

  • Updated Contexts - goodbye Justin Timberlake

  • Increased efficiency - shorter lessons

  • Perfect CED alignment (don't worry, we will update in 2 years when the new CED becomes finalized)

  • Student friendly learning targets

  • New answer keys!

This full AP Stats curriculum covers every topic in the College Board CED. Here is the high-level overview.

In total, there are 76 lessons in the set of Refreshed Lessons, of which 21 are brand new compared to the 150 Days of AP Stats - CED pathway.

If you are already a Math Medic assessment platform subscriber, it won't let you revert back to a "demo" account. I made a new account with a different email and was able to see it in the platform.
